30 Day Returns

 

Thank you for choosing Nozbo Jewelry! We hope you love your purchase. If, however, should there be any issues with your purchase, simply let us know that you wish to return the piece within 30 days, and we will work out every detail with you. Below, you’ll find all necessary details regarding our return and refund processes.

Policy Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we will not process refund or exchange requests.

In order for your return to be accepted and dealt with swiftly, please ensure that it is sent unworn, in the original packaging, and with all original receipts sent along with it.

Please Note: The following items, due to their completely personalised nature, are not returnable under any circumstance:
*Pieces which have been engraved, altered, or resized.
*Pieces which have been exchanged before,.
*Jewelry altered at the customer’s request.
*Items damaged due to improper use or lost due to incorrect addresses.
*Jewelry which has been custom designed and made.

Gold and platinum jewelry are subject to 35% restocking fees - due to their handmade nature - which goes towards their recycling.


How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@nozbojewelry.com with your return request.
After receiving your request, our team will provide further instructions, including the return address. Please ensure all returns are shipped with a trackable service; we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items without a tracking number.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm receipt via email and inform you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method. For any delay beyond this period, please check with your bank or contact us for assistance.


Free Resizing
We offer free resizing for all non-customized jewelry. Additional resizing fees apply for items that have been customized or engraved.
